After turning 40 my activity levels were at an all time low, along with my self confidence and motivation. I turned to Lee for some 1to1 HIT pad sessions. I had never attempted kick boxing or anything similar before so was a little anxious but Lee was really encouraging guiding me through the basics at my own pace. The HIT pad work has reignited my enthusiasm to get fit. It doesn’t feel like exercise because it’s so fun, even though it pushes me physically far more than any session at the gym. In quite a short space of time I’ve noticed a difference in my fitness and I have definitely lost weight and toned up.

I do one to one HIITPad with Lee once a week, and really enjoy it. From day one Lee has always took it at my speed and ability but never stops giving me the encouragement to push past my comfort zone so I can improve. HIITPad is a great way to get fit with a mix of boxing, kickboxing, fitness rounds along with other focus areas. It’s definitely worth a go for ladies and gents alike, no matter what your fitness levels are Lee has the tools to guide you to what you want to achieve. Thank you Lee.

Since falling off the fitness wagon about 5 months ago I have really struggled to get motivated to get back on it. I spoke to Lee and decided to give Hiitpad a go. I can’t fault Lee, his methods are spot on and anyone worried about the padwork needn’t as I am terrible when it comes to coordination and combinations but Lee has the patience of a saint fair play to him  With the combination of eating clean since 5th January and only 3 Hiitpad classes I have dropped 7kg cheers Lee you’re a star.

I have been with Lee doing HIITPad now since the start of the year and love it! I already train but found it hard to push myself to do more cardio / fat burning. I’ve always wanted to try boxing but never had the confidence to do classes and prefer 1to1 learning as I feel less pressured. It’s great to be learning a new sport whilst reaching other goals! I’ve noticed a change in how much more defined my arms are which I never got from the usual cardio. Each week is different, always learning something new and pushing my boundaries whilst in a comfortable environment. Highly recommended!

I was at the most unhealthiest and least fittest I’d ever been but by taking a leap and starting the sessions it instantly gave me the motivation to push myself beyond my limits. It’s easy to stay on track with the support provided by Lee on a constant level even outside of training. The content of the sessions are challenging but fun as well. I started at 16st 3lbs and so far down to 15st 1lb, at the fittest I have ever been and in good shape.
