HIITPad Fitness is a revolutionary concept fusing together high intensity interval training with boxing/kickboxing padwork drills and combinations. Sessions boast of an impressive 800-1,000kcal burn, stimulate all muscles and build core strength, increase flexibility and cardiovascular fitness, all whilst learning good technique and being massively addictive and enjoyable.

HIITPad Fitness was formed in Telford by Lee Whitfield in 2016. Lee has dedicated his life to martial arts, having trained for over 25 years, taught for over 12 years, represented GB in Kickboxing, and went on to be a PRO Kickboxing and Muay Thai Champion. He had seen that within the fitness industry there are martial art and fitness infused classes that were still lacking, and HIITPad Fitness is his answer to this.

HIITPad Fitness offers one2one training, group training in the form of a 4 week Intensive Academy, and soon will offer a training service in teaching Personal Trainers how to hold pads for their clients. HIITPad shall soon be represented nationally and potentially Internationally… Watch this space!
