Personal Training

Sessions are pre-planned and customisable to the clients needs, catering for all levels of fitness, experience and goals required. We can switch the bias towards fitness, strength, muscle tone, flexibiltiy or boxing / kickboxing technique… or as per group sessions, give a nice balance of all of the above. We have helped clients from all walks of life… from those looking to lose body fat, those looking to build athletic shape and even helping athletes with their chosen sports.

Clients have a choice of 45min or 60min sessions. Within the session we briefly warm up and stretch out our clients, before pushing them through an array of padwork drills and HIIT exercises. We believe the magic happens when you take someone out of their comfort zone, but as mentioned sessions are catered around your abilities and limits, allowing you to walk away sweaty, achey but fired up to ‘HIITPad’ again.
