PERSONAL TRAINING
Although HIITPad Fitness is now renowned for its popular 4 week Intensive Academies , HIITPad Fitness did start off and continues to look after clients on a one2one basis, albeit with limited spaces available. Sessions are pre-planned and customisable to the clients needs, catering for all levels of fitness, experience and goals required. We can switch the bias towards fitness, strength, muscle tone, flexibiltiy or boxing / kickboxing technique… or as per group sessions, give a nice balance of all of the above. We have helped clients from all walks of life… from those looking to lose body fat, those looking to build athletic shape and even helping athletes with their chosen sports. GROUP TRAINING
Our group training comes in the form of our popular 4 week Intensive Academies. The 4 week Intensive Academy follows a syllabus that implements basic technique in stages, mixed with intense yet enjoyable exercise, and builds on this throughout the 12 sessions. By the end of week 4, fitness will be massively improved and everyone will be technically efficient with the basics of boxing / kickboxing and pad holding. Our 4 week academy offers 3 sessions a week, includes HIITPad branded boxing gloves, t-shirt, and water bottle, as well as before / after body composition readings, basic nutritional support and online FB group support. We also offer a VIP option adding an additional 4 x one2one sessions on top, to really help people transform over the 4 weeks. We have 3 groups to chose from… early morning, late morning and evening.
